Upper Dearne Valley Navigators has a file of Risk Assessments for various activities we do. We aim to cover all the basics and with supervision of an activity operate a dynamic risk assessment as the activity progresses.
Should a risk arise in an activity, the supervisors will intervene. If the risk is deemed high enough, a specific Risk Assessment will be written for that activity.
We are building our library of Risk Assessments – they are available for viewing for the information of the parents of our members. They MUST NOT be copied and used by any third party, each Risk Assessment is allied only to this group and this group’s activities and locations. They may not be applicable, or suitable for other organisations.
